Medieval Gathering
Fountains Valley
22 November
 |
Thank you everyone for making this a great day!
People came far and wide to attend the feast and we even had a short
interview with SA FM radio just before the feast!!
Despite starting off with some problems with Fountains Valley saturday morning
(SORRY ABOUT THE TOILETS GUYS!), banners were hung, food was set out
and the valley was transformed into a medieval setting in no time.

The Morris Dancers arrived and entertained
the crowd whilst the knights prepared for battle.

Everyone enjoyed the fighting and joined in the mini
tournament where everyone got a chance to put
on armor and felt what it was like to bear a sword.

The dancing was great fun, and the men seemed to
especially enjoy "pass the duchess"!!

We even had a bard join in entertaining our
guests with great ballads.Thanks Ettiene!
